Blend the best of cardio, strength and Yoga to get a complete body
workout. Try a variety of cardio for 20 minutes, a great mix of
strength for 20 minutes and a mix of Yoga with focus on strength and
flexibility for 20 minutes. Instructed by Annmarie Anfield.
