Ages 14 years & up

Strengthen, tone and tighten the core of your body, while you kick, squat, jump and crunch, crunch, crunch your way to firmer butts and guts. Target your trouble areas and develop good balance, posture and strength through use of various modes of exercise and types of equipment. Instructed by Sherri Mason.
