Box your way to fitness. 600 calories burned in 45 minutes is
everyone’s building block to a tight and toned body. Mixed with
traditional boxing, kick boxing and martial art combinations – this
class has it all. Don’t forget your towel and water, you’re going to
need it! Instructed by Lisa Passas.

Drop In: $5/$6 (Due to class size no
drop ins for the Monday or Wednesday evening classes)
