To renew or purchase a season pass, you must show current utility bill as proof of residency. "Family members" are identified as spouse or dependents residing in the same household. Proof of residency and relationship will be required at time of purchase.

Season Pass Information - Season passes are available for purchase at Arrowhead Community Center and Heritage Crossing Field House. Photo identification cards will be utilized for pool memberships. It is important that all members have their photo taken and show it at the pool for every visit. Family members are defined as individuals residing in the same household. Pool passes are good during all open swim and lap swim times. Proof of residency is required at the time of registration. To prove residency, please provide the following information:

Adults 21 and over: Recent utility bill and one of the following: drivers license, state id, card or passport. Children 2-20 Any of the following: student ID card, birth certificate, passport or social security card. Under Age 12 Rule: Verification of age required for children 12-15 years of age. A birth certificate must be shown to verify age. Non-pass holders must acquire a special ID at Arrowhead Community Center that will allow them to enter the pool without adult supervision. Pass Holders will receive a sticker on their photo ID.

NEW!!! - Season Pass Benefit Card - All season pass holders will receive one Season Pass Benefit Card per family. The card has five free admissions into the Aquatic Center and five free sno-cones or small fountain sodas at the concessions stand.

Caregiver Pass – Non-resident adult, babysitting resident children

Care receiver – Non-resident child receiving babysitting services by a resident pass holder.

Passes are valid only if the caregiver or care receiver is accompanied by the children receiving the care or the adult providing the care. They are not valid for additional family members. The caregiver/receiver passes must be purchased by the resident family providing or receiving the care. The family membership number will be on the pass.

Caregiver/receiver passes are valid only at the Tomahawk Aquatic Center. Caregivers that are residents of the Channahon Park District are eligible for season passes at the resident rates and do not need a special rate.
